Preheat BBQ to medium.In a large bowl, combine peel, garlic, oils, mushrooms, baby corn and diced pepper. Season to taste.Prepare bundles, laying four sheets of parchment paper on top of four sheets of foil.Divide vegetable mixture among the four bundles, spooning it in the centre of each.Lay fillets on top of vegetable mixture, drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with minced onions.Seal bundles and cook on the BBQ for about 10 minutes.
