In a frying pan, heat oil; brown minced green onions.
In the centre of the frying pan, brown turkey strips on all sides.
Add thyme and parsley; cook about 8 more minutes.
Remove strips from pan and deglaze with white wine.
Add cream and reduce by half over low heat 5 minutes.
Put strips on plates covered with the sauce.
