In a frying pan, heat 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) of the oil.
Brown the strips. Add the garlic and ginger; cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Brown the mushrooms and onions in the remaining 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) of oil.
Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Return the strips to the pan and blend in the oyster sauce and honey.
Correct the seasoning.
