Preheat the oven to 350°F/ 175°C. Rub the lemon over both sides of the mahi-mahi fillets. Set aside. In a food processor, blend the butter, cheese, breadcrumbs and pepper. Set aside. Place the fillets on a cooking sheet. . Cook 5 min. and turn over. Divide the cheese mix and place on each of the fillets and continue cooking for 5 min. or until the fish is cooked.

Ingredients

  • 4 x 6 oz
    (4 x 180 g)
    fresh mahi-mahi fillets
  • 1
    lemon, halved
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    butter
  • 4 oz
    (120 g)
    ermite blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    breadcrumbs

  • pepper to taste

Preparation
