Preheat the oven to 350°F/ 175°C.
Rub the lemon over both sides of the mahi-mahi fillets. Set aside.
In a food processor, blend the butter, cheese, breadcrumbs and pepper. Set aside.
Place the fillets on a cooking sheet. .
Cook 5 min. and turn over.
Divide the cheese mix and place on each of the fillets and continue cooking for 5 min. or until the fish is cooked.
