Preheat oven to 500°F/260°C.
Open oysters, cut muscle but leave oysters in the shell; sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a bowl, combine and mix breadcrumbs, cheese, coriander or parsley and pepper; fill half shells with mixture.
Place oysters on a bed of coarse salt in a shallow baking dish to prevent loss of liquid.
Bake 10 min.
Then broil them 2-3 min. until cheese browns.
