  • 4 c. à soupe
    brown sugar
  • 1 cup
    water

  • Cocktail :
  • 2 oz
    (60 ml)

  • 2 oz
    (60 ml)
    white wine Wallaroo Trail Chardonnay
  • 0,5 oz
    lemon juice

  • Pinch Ginger powder Irresistibles

  • soda

Preparation

Homemade apple compote :

In a pot, simmer all ingredients over medium heat until the apples have softened and there is almost no water left.

Use the blender to reduce everything to a smooth puree.

Let cool.

Cocktail :

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the soda.

Agitate about ten seconds with ice cubes.

Double filter over a cup filled with ice cubes using a sieve.

Top it with soda

Garnish with an apple slice.
