Place the ground meat in a large bowl. Add the Tabasco and Worcestershre sauces and mix well. Add the whole egg, season; mix the meat well for 2 minutes Shape into small meatballs. In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the meat balls and sear on all sides for 2-3 minutes. Add the flour and mix quickly. Add the warmed beef broth and mix gently so that the meatballs do not fall apart. Season to taste and let simmer for 4 minutes. Serve on a bed of egg noodles.
