Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C. Prick sausages with fork. In a pan, boil sausages for 5 min. Drain. In a skillet, cook sausages. Slice and set aside. Spread pizza sauce on split English muffins, top with sausage, onion, pepper, mushrooms, cheese and olives. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil. Put pizzas on a baking sheet and bake until cheese melts, about 15 min. Serve with a salad.
