Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) In a large bowl, blend together all the ingredients. Line pie pan with half recipe plain pastry. Fill with blended ingredients. Bake in very hot oven 450°F (230°C) for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F (180°C) and bake 35 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
