Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. Prepare pizza dough and lay it on a lightly oiled and floured round baking sheet, spread with sauce. Wash spinach. In a saucepan, cook spinach covered until slightly wilted. Drain carefully and chop coarsely. In a skillet, cook garlic in melted butter for 1 minute. Add spinach and cook 1 minute more. Spread spinach over pizza sauce. Cover with mushrooms and sliced tomatoes and top with cheese and basil. Bake 20 minutes on the lowest grill.
