Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Brush one side of aluminum sheet with olive oil. Place filet of trout on aluminum, skin side down. Spread mustard on filet of trout and sprinkle green onion and herbs. Pour honey and lemon juice on filet. Do not close aluminum sheet «en papillote». Place on barbecue grill and cook covered 10 to 12 minutes.
