Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Baste trout fillets with olive oil. Put the trout fillets on a sheet of aluminum foil. Cover fillets with remaining ingredients and surround with lemon slices. Fold and seal aluminum foil. Bake until fish is no longer glossy.

Preparation
