Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.Baste trout fillets with olive oil.Put the trout fillets on a sheet of aluminum foil.Cover fillets with remaining ingredients and surround with lemon slices.Fold and seal aluminum foil. Bake until fish is no longer glossy.
