In a plate, toss noisettes of pork with flour.
In a Dutch oven, heat Becel margarine ; sear pork for 2 minutes on both sides ; set aside at low heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients.
Deglaze Dutch oven with sauce ; reduce for about 2 minutes.
Transfer pork into Dutch oven and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Before serving, cover each serving plates with sauce ; place noisettes of pork.
