Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together, and in another bowl, mix the moist ingredients together. Next, add the moist ingredients to the dry ingredients (use your hands to really spread the ingredients out in the dough). On a cookie sheet lined with waxed or parchment paper, evenly spread out the dough. Bake in an oven pre-heated for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden. Let it completely cool before removing from cookie sheet and cutting into bars, or else it may crumble. The bars can be stored in the freezer.
