Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt and pepper into cheese with a fork. Spread cheese mixture over fillets. Top with red pepper and black olives. Roll fillets up and secure with a toothpick. Place fish rolls on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake 18-20 min or until fish is opaque. Serve fish with fresh lemon and basil.
