Cookies :Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Mix butter and sugars in a bowl. Add the egg and the chopped orange. Mix well.Incorporate gradually the dry ingredients, and add the nuts. Cover for at least one hour.Preheat the oven at 375°F / 190°C. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet.Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool before icing.Icing :Mix all the ingredients until perfectly blended. Spread icing in cooled cookies with the back of a spoon.
