Cut chicken breasts into 1-in. (2.5-cm) cubes. Set aside.
In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add cubed chicken and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. (no more than 24 hrs.).
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Drain and thread chicken onto skewers, alternating with your choice of vegetables.
Put kebabs on the grill and cook 5-8 min. per side.
