In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients. Set 3 Tbsp. (45mL) of marinade aside. Add walleye fillets to remaining marinade and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour. On the BBQ: Preheat barbecue to medium. Drain fillets and put them in a lightly oiled grilling basket. Place basket on the grill and close BBQ lid. Cook about 8 minutes without turning fish. Drizzle fish with marinade set aside just before serving. Serve with Brussels sprouts and wild rice. In the oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Drain walleye fillets and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place fillets in oven and cook for about 8 minutes without turning fish. Drizzle fish with marinade set aside just before serving Serve with Brussels sprouts and wild rice.
