In a bowl, blend spice mix with olive oil, lime peel and juice. Brush salmon fillets with marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Salt fillets. Heat a bit of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Put in fillets skin-side down, lower heat to medium and cook 5 - 10 minutes. Serve with green and wax beans.

Preparation

In a bowl, blend spice mix with olive oil, lime peel and juice.

Brush salmon fillets with marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Salt fillets.

Heat a bit of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Put in fillets skin-side down, lower heat to medium and cook 5 - 10 minutes.

Serve with green and wax beans.
