Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic and five-spice blend. Baste each tenderloin with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of the mixture.Place tenderloins on a rack in a shallow pan and insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of one of the tenderloins.Roast for 15-20 min. or until thermometer reads 160°F/70°C.Meanwhile, in a small pan, heat remaining basting sauce and 1/4 cup (60 mL) water over medium-low heat for 10 min., stirring occasionally.Take tenderloins out of oven and let stand for 2-3 min. Slice thin, season to taste and top with a little sauce. Serve with couscous and sautéed bok choy and apples.
