Cut loaf in 2 horizontally and empty the bottom half.
Sprinkle interior with fresh thyme, cover with slices of mango and sprinkle with pecans.
Drizzle with hazelnut oil then place small wheel of brie on top.
Cover brie with more mango slices, sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with hazelnut oil.
Replace upper half of the loaf and brush lightly with oil.
Bake at 350°F / 180°C about 15 minutes.
These dry, more delicate wines stand out with their pale colour, simple fruit aromas, and the sensation of freshness their acidity brings forth.
