Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.In a pot, heat oil and brown shallot. Add wine and reduce by half.Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat cream, eggs, Parmesan and chicken base together. Add pasta, cream and bacon to the pot.

Heat 2-3 min until sauce thickens.
