Bring a large quantity of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to instructions on the package.Heat oil in a large pan over high heat and brown pork for 3 to 4 minutes. Season generously. Add vegetables and continue cooking 4 to 5 minutes.Add pesto and pasta. Stir well and serve immediately with freshly grated Parmesan.
