Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix the oil and basil in a small bowl. Brush the chicken and grill it in the oven for 25 minutes. Turn the chicken when half-cooked. When the breasts are cooked, cut them in thin strips.
Mix the yogurt, mint, garlic, lemon juice and cumin in a bowl.
Open the pita on one end to create a cavity. Stuff with chicken
Strips, lettuce and tomatoes and drizzle with sauce.
Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
These dry, more delicate wines stand out with their pale colour, simple fruit aromas, and the sensation of freshness their acidity brings forth.
