Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix the oil and basil in a small bowl. Brush the chicken and grill it in the oven for 25 minutes. Turn the chicken when half-cooked. When the breasts are cooked, cut them in thin strips. Mix the yogurt, mint, garlic, lemon juice and cumin in a bowl. Open the pita on one end to create a cavity. Stuff with chicken Strips, lettuce and tomatoes and drizzle with sauce. Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
