Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).Put ham in the pie shell. Melt butter and brown onion and then, spinach. Cover ham with spinach mixture.In a bowl, beat eggs with milk using a whisk. Add syrup and nutmeg. Salt and pepper.Pour the preparation in the pie shell and sprinkle with cheese.Cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
