Preheat barbecue to medium.
Put pork brochettes in a glass dish.
In a bowl, mix all the soya sauce ingredients.
Pour over the brochettes.
Drain the brochettes; grill 5 to 6 minutes, turning until meat is well-cooked.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (180°C).
Brush brochettes with soya sauce.
In a hot frying pan, sear brochettes on each side.
Finish cooking in the oven 5 to 6 minutes.
