Preheat barbecue to maximum. Cut the zucchini into 2 lengthwise. Prepare an aluminum sheet paper to make a papillote. Place vegetables, pour the oil, remove the basil leaves, season and close the foil tightly. Seal the papillote tightly. Reduce heat to medium. Place papillote on grill approximately 6-8 minutes. Brush oil on chops and sear on barbecue grill. Cook chops.
