Preheat barbecue to maximum.Cut the zucchini into 2 lengthwise.Prepare an aluminum sheet paper to make a papillote.Place vegetables, pour the oil, remove the basil leaves, season and close the foil tightly.Seal the papillote tightly.Reduce heat to medium. Place papillote on grill approximately 6-8 minutes.Brush oil on chops and sear on barbecue grill.Cook chops.

Preparation
