Marinated pork chopsIn a large dish, combine all the ingredients for the marinade. Add the pork chops and make sure they are coated in the mixture. Marinate in the fridge for about 20 minutes. As the pork chops marinate, prepare the rhubarb.Preheat the grill to high. Oil your grill grates.Remove the pork chops from the marinade. Cook each side for about 4 minutes or until done to your liking. Serve with the rhubarb salad.Rhubarb saladIn a large bowl, add the rhubarb and sprinkle sugar and orange zest over them. Preparation

Marinated pork chops

In a large dish, combine all the ingredients for the marinade. Add the pork chops and make sure they are coated in the mixture. Marinate in the fridge for about 20 minutes. As the pork chops marinate, prepare the rhubarb.

Preheat the grill to high. Oil your grill grates.

Remove the pork chops from the marinade. Cook each side for about 4 minutes or until done to your liking. Serve with the rhubarb salad.

Add the remaining ingredients and gently toss. Serve with the pork chops. The rhubarb in the salad is a surprisingly delicious treat!
