Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a bowl, mix cheeses, garlic, basil and the pepper.
Cut the chops lengthways to create a pocket.
Divide the cheese mixture into 4 equal parts and insert them into the chops.
In a pan, cook over medium the stuffed chops in butter and oil for 2 to 3 minutes per side to give them a nice colour.
Continue cooking in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
These light wines are characterised by their simple fruity aromas, the sensation of freshness they leave, and their unassuming structure. They must be consumed young.
