To pan-fry: Heat half the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chops 3 - 4 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 12 minutes. Barbecue: Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Brush pork chops with oil (1Tbsp-15 mL) and set on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chops and keep them warm. Honeyed Apples: In a skillet, heat remaining oil. Add apples, honey and parsley and cook 6 - 7 minutes. Serve apples over pork chops.

Preparation

To pan-fry:
