Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onions and brown for 2 minutes. Add the pork chops. Cover and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Turn the chops and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Mix the beef bouillon, fruit juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings in a bowl. Pour over the chops and simmer on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the apples. Mix the cornstarch with the water and blend it into the mixture. Mix well and cook until thickened. Add the pineapple and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
