Marinate pork chops with the garlic, fish sauce, soya sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper. Let marinate for 2 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the BBQ.
Brown the pork at direct heat for 5-6 minutes per side, turning once at 90 degrees to obtain attractive markings on the surface of the meat.
If the pork begins to burn, remove it from direct heat.
Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with green onions.
