Preheat the barbecue to medium. In a pan, combine all sauce ingredients. Bring sauce to a boil, remove from heat and set aside. Brush tournedos with sauce as needed. Grill tournedos about 5 minutes on each side, to taste. Baste tournedos during cooking. Pour remaining sauce on each plate and top with tournedos.
