Place the bacon slices in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm them up.Heat the oil to 400 F (200 C).Meanwhile, we prepare our breadcrumbs.We beat the egg in a small dish, put the flour on one plate and the panko on another.We take our bacon out of the freezer and dip it first in the flour, then the egg and then the panko.We fry our bacon for 1 minute on each side and let it drain on paper towelsThen, we cut 4 slices of tomatoes.We cut 2 lettuce leaves.We heat our pulled pork for 45 seconds in the microwave.Now, we are ready to assemble our club sandwich.Cook the 3 slices of bread in the toaster.Then, butter all the slices with Le Connaisseur maple mayonnaise.On the first toast, we put the lettuce and the pulled pork. Then we add a toast on top, the fried bacon and the tomatoes and finally we add the third toast.We cut diagonally twice from corners to corners to form triangles, then we add club toothpicks in the middle of the pieces that we assemble together.We pour 100 ml of mayo into a small bowl and dip our club in the mayo with each bite!!Source : Casse-croute Le Connaisseur
