Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
In a pan, brown the pepper and onion in a mixture of butter and oil. Add beef and seasonings and cook until meat is done (cook until no lightly pink color). Set aside.
Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza dough and cover it with the meat preparation.
Top with mushrooms and cheese.
Cook in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese turns golden and the dough gets crusty.
