Pre-heat raclette machine.Place all ingredients on plates and in serving bowls.Grill vegetables on raclette warming plate.Add ingredients (vegetables, meat, cheese and seasoning) in each individual raclette tray.Top with scrambled eggs.Garnish with cheese.Heat each tray in raclette machine until cheese is melted to desired consistency.Transfer to individual plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley or paprika.Serve with a grilled baguette slice, if desired.
