In a saucepan, cook rice according to manufacturer's instructions. Set aside.In a skillet, heat oil and cumin. Add garlic, onion and fry 1 min. Add carrots and sauté 2 min. Add peas and golden raisins. Cook another minute. Stir in cooked rice. Season to taste.

Preparation
