In a cup, blend cornstarch with a little water. Set aside.
In a saucepan, boil water, sugar and raspberries and stir for 5 minutes.
Stir in cornstarch diluted and boil for 2 minutes, stirring.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Skip to blender until smooth. Sift (optional). Set aside.
