Pineapple: Preheat barbecue to medium-high. In a large bowl, combine sugar, olive oil and lime juice. Add pineapple slices. Grill pineapple slices about 3 minutes per side. Raspberry Hazelnut Salad: In a bowl, combine raspberries with mint, crushed hazelnuts and orange juice. Mash with a fork and serve over hot pineapple slices.
