  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    liquid honey
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    fresh chopped ginger
  • 2
    cloves garlic, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4
    rump steaks, 1/4 (5 mm) thick
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    peanut oil
  • 2
    scallion, finely chopped
