Preheat the barbecue to medium. Oil and pepper the steaks and put on the barbecue. Cook the first side 3 minutes. Turn steaks and put a sprig of thyme and rosemary on each. Cook 3 minutes. In a frying pan, brown garlic in butter/oil. Add remaining sauce ingredients and boil 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the sauce over the steaks.
