Preheat the oven at 425°F (210°C). In an oven-proof dish, combine the cream with the garlic blossom and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Add the Swiss chard and toss in the sauce until coated. Lay the salmon on top of the Swiss chard. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Preparation

Preheat the oven at 425°F (210°C).
