Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small saucepan and heat until the butter and the juice are melted. Keep warm.
In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and whisk well.
Pour approximately 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the batter in a Silipro non-stick skillet.
Cook on medium heat for approximately 1 min.
Flip the pancake and cook for 30 sec. more.
Repeat 8 times.
Serve pancakes with sauce.
