Preheat oven to 425F.In a large bowl, whisk together pancake mix, apple juice, water, and melted butter. Pour and spread batter evenly onto a greased 13” x 18” inch sheet pan. Top batter with sliced apple, raspberries, and blueberries.Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over apple slices.Bake in centre oven rack for 12 minutes or until the top is a light golden.Meanwhile, to make buttery apple syrup, place apple juice, maple syrup, butter, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer stirring frequently until thickened.Cut the pancake into 12 equal pieces. Serve with warm buttery apple syrup.Source : Metro
