Dissolve sugar in vinegar. Add oil and coriander. Pour marinade over shrimp and refrigerate for 1 hour. Open and pit litchis. Set aside. Peel, stone and cube mango. Make up brochettes, alternating mango, shrimp and litchis. Cook 2 minutes per side in a medium-hot BBQ over indirect heat.
