On 4 wooden skewers (pre-soaked for 10 minutes in lukewarm water), prepare the brochettes alternating shrimps, scallops, green peppers and onions. Place the brochettes in a large, airtight container. Add oil, fruit juice, mint, pepper and orange slices. Close and shake vigorously to ensure that the marinade soaks into the food. Marinate in the refrigerator approximately 3 hours. Oil the barbecue grill well and preheat to high. Reduce heat to medium-low and place the brochettes and orange slices on the grill. Cook approx. 5 minutes, basting with the marinade and turning often.
