Brown garlic, onion, celery and carrots in oil 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over medium heat about 20 minutes. Add cabbage and cook covered, 20 to 30 minutes. In the meantime, cook spaghettini according to package directions. Serve the sauce over the spaghettini and springle parmesan cheese.

Preparation
