In a pan, brown onion, garlic and beef in a butter/oil blend. Cook 8 to 10 minutes.Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and Tabasco sauce. Mix well and simmer uncovered over medium heat 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.Add peppers, season and cook 10 to 15 minutes more.Serve in tacos.
