In an oiled frying pan over high heat, sear the beef strips until cooked to your liking. Remove the meat, season, set aside and keep warm. Add the bok choy leaves to the pan and sauté over high heat for a few minutes, stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper. Spread the pesto on one side of each baguette. Garnish the bread with the bok choy leaves and beef strips. If desired, heat the bread for a few minutes before garnishing.

Preparation
