Heat the oil in a large skillet or a wok on medium heat. Add the pork and cook 3 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside. Place the garlic, ginger and vegetables in the skillet and cook until tender. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, lime juice, cornstarch and sesame seeds. Reduce to the desired consistency. Add the pork. In the meantime, cook the vermicelli according to the instructions. Serve the pork and vegetable mixture on a bed of vermicelli.

Preparation
